To ensure fairness for all of our dealers, Watkins Products wholesale discounts are fixed for all Dealers, Consultants and Retailers. The Retail Discounts chart shows your discount off of suggested retail price. Here are some tips that will help improve your profits:
Choose Your Selling Price — Although Watkins does offer suggested retail prices, you are free to set your own selling price. Many retail customers find that paying slightly more than suggested retail is acceptable due tot the convenience of being able to shop from their favourite local retailer
Buy Bulk and Save — Although there are no minimum order requirements, your wholesale discount starts at an order value of $150 or more. We suggest planning your purchases to take advantage of the greater discounts on larger order size Monthly Promotions — Each month, a select number of Watkins products are on sale. How to Place Your Watkins Products Wholesale Order — Once you have registered your account, you will receive instructions on how to place your order online. It is best to do so from a computer rather than a mobile device if possible as our online store is not currently mobile friendly.
Start by logging in: From the online store, locate the "Sign In" link in the upper right. Then, for fastest ordering, click the "Quick Order Form" link in the upper left to easily add items to your cart (but it's also fine to browse the site and add items one at a time). When finished, view your cart and check out.
Don't Forget — You can improve your profit margins and help ensure good turnover rates by asking yourself the following questions
Start by logging in: From the online store, locate the "Sign In" link in the upper right. - Set up your password: Before you can order online, you need to have a password for the Watkins Online Store (or if you've forgotten your password), click "Sign In" in the upper-right of that site, then click "Forgot Password" on the Sign In screen (it will have you enter your Watkins ID number and will then email a new temporary password to you at your email address that is on file with Watkins.
- Sign In to See All Products: Always Sign In before adding items to your cart. If you just go the website (without signing in), you will only be able to see food products—and you'll wonder why you can't find remedies, bath, body, and home care products.
- Check for Specials Each Time You Order: Watkins has monthly specials each month (which you can find on our Price Lists page) and limited-time "Special Offers for Consultants" (which you can find from the lower-right of the Consultant Dashboard screen when you log in).
- To Apply Gift Certificates: When finished adding items to your cart, go to the "View Cart" screen. If you have a gift certificate to redeem, click the "Apply Gift Certificate" button at the bottom of the list, and enter your certificate number.
- To Apply Special Offers: Sale-priced items are added to your cart at the discounted price (and then you later get any earned Consultant discount off of that price). But, once in a while, Watkins may also offer BOGO ("Buy One Get One") specials or similar offers. If you ordered qualifying products, go to the View Cart screen and see if there is a red "View Special Offers" bar across the top. If so, you can click it to view and apply special offers for which you are eligible.
- Discount on last screen: When you go through the checkout process, the final totals appear on the screen AFTER you've entered your credit card payment info. Your card is not charged until you approve the purchase on that final total screen. In other words, even after completing the credit card screen, you still have a chance to "bail out" or change your order before your card is charged. If everything looks good, click "Checkout" and continue through the checkout process.
- Order Confirmation: Within an hour after placing your online order, you should receive a confirmation via email at your email address that is on file with Watkins. If you don't receive the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also log in at the Watkins Online Store, go to My Account, then Account Details to see your Order History.
- Invoices and Packing Slips: After you place your order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. One of the boxes of your shipment will include an invoice/packing slip, which shows you what was shipped to you along with the total dollar amounts for the products.
